POLICY:
Payment Policy: Regular Season May-October $160 per night.
High Season November except Thanksgiving week, and January - April $185 per night.
Holiday Season - Thanksgiving week and December $220 per night - 7 day minimum stay.
Hawaiian taxes 12.42%
Cleaning charge $120.
Rates are for up through 4 persons. Extra person $10 per person per night over 4 people to a maximum of 6.
$500 Deposit required - balance due 30 days before arrival.

Additional charges (to credit card on file) may be assessed for late
departure, excessive laundry, extra cleaning, any damage/theft that may
occur during your stay, and excessive air-conditioning usage. (On bookings
of 28 days or longer, any electric bill exceeding $200 will be billed to
credit card. If air conditioning is not abused, you will never exceed $200.)
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy - The fine print: In order to book and confirm your reservation, we require a $500.00 deposit. We accept checks, credit cards, or money orders.
Your full balance will be due 30 days(60 for holidays) prior to check-in. If you decide to cancel your trip more than 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and reservations over 14 nights) prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $100 processing fee.
Please note that your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel your trip less than 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and reservations over 14 nights) prior to arrival. However, if we are able to rebook the unit your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $100 processing fee.
