Quality furnishings, central air conditioning, and premium bed linens provide luxurious comfort. Each bedroom has a private bath. Custom finishes and paintings by local artisans enhance the island motif. There is a generous DVD collection and three flat-screen TVs for movie aficionados. Soak in the panoramic view from the lanai; watch the humpback whales frolic! Stretch out on the putting-green lawn, a few steps from the pool and snorkeling beach. A short walk takes you to the three-mile-long Sugar Beach. Also nearby is a marina for snorkeling, fishing, and diving excursions. Two blocks away there is a world class aquarium and Maalaea Harbor Village, teeming with shops and restaurants. Of course, for those home cooked meals, the kitchen comes fully equipped, with espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, and more! Aloha!

POLICY:
Payment Policy: Regular Season May-October $160 per night. High Season November except Thanksgiving week, and January - April $185 per night. Holiday Season - Thanksgiving week and December $220 per night - 7 day minimum stay. Hawaiian taxes 12.42% Cleaning charge $120. Rates are for up through 4 persons. Extra person $10 per person per night over 4 people to a maximum of 6. $500 Deposit required - balance due 30 days before arrival. Monthly rates 10% off. Rates subject to change until booked. We accept major credit cards (eg. Visa, Mastercard) Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED FOR DEPOSIT AND REQUIRED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. Additional charges (to credit card on file) may be assessed for late departure, excessive laundry, extra cleaning, any damage/theft that may occur during your stay, and excessive air-conditioning usage. (On bookings of 28 days or longer, any electric bill exceeding $200 will be billed to credit card. If air conditioning is not abused, you will never exceed $200.)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy - The fine print: In order to book and confirm your reservation, we require a $500.00 deposit. We accept checks, credit cards, or money orders. Your full balance will be due 30 days(60 for holidays) prior to check-in. If you decide to cancel your trip more than 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and reservations over 14 nights) prior to arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $100 processing fee. Please note that your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel your trip less than 60 days (90 days for Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's and reservations over 14 nights) prior to arrival. However, if we are able to rebook the unit your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $100 processing fee.
