Please come enjoy the relaxed rural setting of our two bedroom, two bath cottage (rented as one unit), located south central on the island of Kauai. We are minutes away from the many beautiful beaches Kauai has to offer. Kauai Garden Cottages is 1000 feet above sea level, that offers cooler temperatures especially welcomed when time to retire for the evening. The beautiful warm tropical woods, the unique reed matting on the ceilings, coved lighting, granite counters and many other custom detailed architectural touches make the suites at Puulima Road a magical place to spend your Kauai vacation. The two separate entrance suites are ideally suited for two friends or couples who are on vacation together or a small family. The convenience of our Kalaheo location is that you benefit from the seclusion of our 2 acre parcel with a stream at the bottom of the property, yet are close enough to be 5 minutes from some great local restaurants and 15 minutes to some of Kauai's most famous South Shore beaches. Twenty minutes to the Lihue airport and about 30 minutes to Waimea Canyon, you will find the Puulima Guest Suites are a good South Shore location to call your home base on Kauai..

Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations less than one month (30 days) prior to arrival will be charged the full amount unless their room can be re-rented. "No Shows" will be charged the full amount of their booking. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. * Reservations require full payment * Minimum stay Three (3) nights * Both suites rent as one unit - If you only need one room then specify one room on the reservation form. The other room will be left empty for your privacy. * Maximum double occupancy per room * Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Diners cards are accepted * If two reservations come in asking for the same date at approximately the same time the reservation paying with a credit card will get priority over eCheck payments. Credit cards are cleared immediately. * Reservations at least 30 days in advance are recommended, sooner for peak seasons. * Hawaii State Excise Tax is 4.166% (added to total) * Hawaii Hotel Room Tax is 7.25% (added to total) * All rates subject to change without notice. * Payments are not refundable unless notified one month (30 days) prior to arrival date (Less credit card fees.).
