Our unique, split level, 5 bedroom Kihei home rental, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The top level contains three well furnished bedrooms and one full bathroom. The lower level comprises of two bedrooms, a small carpeted room for crib and one full bathroom. Both the levels come with their own well stocked kitchen. There is a living room with a queen-size pull out bed and loads of entertainment facilities. This Kihei Maui vacation rental features a five person Jacuzzi hidden in its own bamboo oasis. The oversized ocean view deck includes a gas barbecue grill and sitting space for large groups. The stamped concrete patio right off the large grass yard with a gas barbecue grill is perfect for alfresco dining. Water sports enthusiasts will find our Kihei house near beach ideal for indulging in their passion. Golf aficionados can enjoy their tee time at the world class golf facilities of Wailea, which is just minutes away from this Kihei house rental.

Payment Policy: Rates in US Dollars.Rates depend on time of year and vary from $350 to $700 per night. You can book online with MasterCard or Visa - 20% down holds your dates. The full amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a one time cleaning fee of $250 and a refundable damage deposit of $500 held 10 days prior to your arrival and released 10 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy: There is a 5% cancelation fee for reservations cancelled prior to 60 days. There is no refund for cancelations within 60 days unless the house gets booked during your dates in which all but 5% is returned.

Rules: Maximum occupancy is 10. We will consider more on special occasions. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house. We do not allow partys at the house including weddings or wedding receptions.Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
